Do you offer airport meet-and-greet?

Yes. For airport pickups your chauffeur monitors your flight, meets you inside the terminal with a name sign, and assists with luggage at no extra charge.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are fully refundable. Within 24 hours a 50% fee applies. No-shows are billed in full.

Are child seats available?

Yes — infant, toddler, and booster seats are available on request at no charge. Please request at booking with the child's age.

How is pricing calculated?

Airport and point-to-point rides are flat-rate based on route and vehicle class. Hourly service has a two-hour minimum. Tours are custom-quoted.

A 20% gratuity is included in the quoted price. Additional tips for exceptional service are always appreciated, never expected.

What if my flight is delayed?

Your chauffeur tracks your flight in real time and adjusts pickup accordingly. There is no charge for flight delays.
